Building a Multilingual Library Collection

MASL is excited to offer an Affinity Session on Monday, March 17th.

Eva Platt, K-5 Library-Media Specialist at Ocean Avenue Elementary School in Portland, will share how she developed an extensive multilingual library collection based on the home languages needs of students. Highlights include, collecting language data, finding reliable book acquisition resources, and creating meaningful experiences for students and their families.
