How to Leverage Your School Library Program

We heard you loud and clear! MASL Members want more professional development delivered where you are, when you need it.

To that end, the Board is working on developing webinar offerings to get us through those long winter months. Our first will be an encore offering  -- How to Leverage your School Library Program. This presentation was offered as a session in October at the Maine School Management conference. 

MASL Board members Iris Eichenlaub, Amanda Kozaka, Cathy Potter, and Jen Stanbro presented two sessions at the conference. One session, Something for Everyone!, focused on showcasing the Digital Maine Library resources. The other session was called How to Leverage your School Library Program. It focused on showing school leaders how they can grow strong and dynamic school library programs tailored to local priorities. This well-received program was attended by school board members and administrators of all levels. We have heard feedback from numerous sources that our message resonated with the school leaders in attendance.

We are offering this session webinar-style for members on December 5th at 7:00pm. The session will also be recorded, so if you can’t attend, or want to share it with your colleagues and administrators, you can do so through your Members Only access to MASL resources.
