Base fee:
  • Booths are 10’x10’in size and include black pipe & drape, an 8’ table and two chairs, electricity, a quarter page ad in the conference program, breakfast and lunch for one, and a company logo on the conference website.
  • Co-sponsorship of a break includes signs indicating sponsorship, a 50% discount on the booth, a half page ad in the conference program, breakfast and lunch for one, and a company logo and link on the conference website.
  • Co-sponsorship of a break with table includes signs indicating sponsorship, a 50% discount on the table fee, a half page ad in the conference program, breakfast and lunch for one, and a company logo and link on the conference website.
  • Sponsorship of a full break includes signs indicating sponsorship, a booth or table with two chairs, a full page ad in the conference program, breakfast and lunch for one, and a company logo and link on the conference website.
  • Table rental includes a draped 8 foot table, two chairs, electricity, a quarter page ad in the conference program, breakfast and lunch for one, and a company logo on the conference website.

This is the Vendor Registration site for the Joint Maine Libraries Conference scheduled for Sunday, November 16th and Monday November 17th at the Cross Center in Bangor, Maine. Attendees and guests please register at: Joint MASL/MLA Library Conference.

Vendors can register on this site and pay by credit card via PayPal (no need for PayPal account) or complete the registration and close it before proceeding to the PayPal site which will automatically generate an invoice that will be delivered to their email address. Vendor Registration will end on November 3rd.

Please note if you need extra meals you must indicate it when registering.

Housing arrangements are separate from registration and must be made by attendees.

The Conference Committee has made arrangements with the Bangor area hotels listed below to offer a conference rates to attendees. Please call the hotel of your choice from this list and indicated that you are registering for the Library Conference to receive the rates negotiated.

NOTE - Vendors needing to ship material ahead of time should mail it to ATTN : Jake Beckowitz Maine Libraries Joint Conference (Event #5185) at Cross Insurance Center  515 Main Street Bangor ME 04401 between Nov 10-16, 2014.  Please contact the Vendor Chair for extenuating circumstances.

 NOTE - Vendors will be able to begin setting up at 6:30am on Sunday.  Those with a large amount to unload should use the loading dock entrance off Buck Street.

MASL's 2022 Spring Symposium "Moving Forward Together" will take place in person at Bangor High School on May 14, 2022 from 8:30 to 4. All attendees will be required to wear masks and be vaccinated.

We are thrilled to announce that we will host two virtual speakers: school librarian Nancy Jo Lambert and author Maia Kobabe. We also plan to present live sessions. Lunch and other light refreshments will be provided.

We do reserve the right to convert this conference to virtual format if COVID conditions necessitate doing so. Registration and payment must be completed online. Registration is $50 for members, $65 for non-members. Scholarships to cover registration or lodging expenses are available for MASL members. More information will be forthcoming about lodging options. 

To cancel your registration you must contact maslibraries@gmail.com. Cancellations after 4/30/22 will forfeit the registration fee.
